Lian Li PC-V2000B Plus Full Tower ATX Case Review
Author: Dean Nottis
Date: January 20, 2006
Supplied By: Directron
Price: $249 USD

Introduction
Lian Li has been making some of the most gorgeous aluminum Cases for years now. Previously I have used the Lian Li PC-65 and PC-75 and have always been fond of them. Things have gotten flashy lately with Cases, custom window panels, lights, gigantic fans - some of the new Cases I've found to just be downright tacky. When I first saw the Lian Li PC-V1000 and PC-V2000 line it was a breath of fresh air. Finally, here comes a Case that is just so perfect out of the box even the most hardcore modder will want to leave their dremel alone and just enjoy the natural beauty of the the PC-V2000.

We contacted Lian Li to review one of these beasts but that request fell on deaf ears - so I'd like to thank the fine folks over at Directron for hooking us up with this monster of a Case for a review. Directron has always been good to us, providing us hardware in a pinch for reviews. I'd suggest stopping by Directron's website the next time you are comparison shopping, in many cases I've seen them having lower prices than Newegg.

When the package containing the PC-V2000 I was surprised by the size of it. Apparently my son, even though dwarfed, was unimpressed. That Case to the left is the Enermax Maxflow CS-718B Full Tower Case - Who's your daddy now Maxflow?.

Everything was well packaged from the factory and there was no damage to the box or its contents.
